This is a document for Artists who wish to participate in the festival. The document consists of three pages.  The first two pages are the application page and release/curator's choice page, and must be completed and returned, along with the required payments, to the committee.  The third page lists the rules of the Artists' Court and a schedule of dates and should be retained for your information.
