34th Autumn With Topsail Festival

Businesses and individuals who support the Autumn With Topsail Festival realize that their donation goes to an extremely worthy cause. Proceeds from the Autumn With Topsail Festival go to support the historic Assembly Building where missiles were once constructed by the U.S. Navy prior to their launch from what is today, Topsail Beach. The structure was constructed in such a way to control any accidental explosion. No other structure of this type from this era exists today and it was saved by community efforts in the late 1980s and established as a community center. The Autumn with Topsail Festival has always been at the forefront of financial support for this landmark building that has required significant maintenance over the years.
Contained within in the Assembly Building is the Missiles and More Museum, operated by the Historical Society of Topsail Island and also financially supported by the Autumn With Topsail Festival. It features historical accounts and exhibits from the Operation Bumblebee era leading to the development of the Terrier and Talos missiles. The museum is a community treasure, drawing thousands of visitors to Topsail Beach every year.
Sponsors receive suitable recognition for helping to support the festival, including underwriting operational costs. Without their assistance, it would be nearly impossible to host an event that draws nearly 20,000 people, annually every October. To all our sponsors we say a hearty thank you from our hearts!
